REFLECTION

                  I'll graduate and will be an alumni in ILOCOS SUR NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL. Time's so fast. Back then, I was just a lady with no friends because I'm new to the school. But right after, I became popular and met people who became part of my life. My life has many turning pages. It will not just be a pocket book. So many happenings, so many hardships and come to think of it, so many fulfilling dreams. I have a lot of advantages in my life.Remembering those beautiful memories of the past make my heart beats faster, of the joy that at last, the dreams I have dreaming has come to reality. I’m afraid future, of what will happen to me.

 CHANGE IT STARTS WITH ME

                         Many things happened around me. I supposed to be a guardian angel lifting other people. I consider myself as a shadow of a light. I live in a wealthy family. My parents were separated and my grandfather and grandmother raise me. I grew up being independent. As i grow up, I slowly see how big is the world. How hard is to live. I keep thinking that change can only be seen if there is somewhat new to us. I nearly regret to settle things out. But that was the great lesson I have learned. I change for the better. Living a screed life will always living as a hell.  Everything happens for a reason. Maybe there are times that you are asking why you failed to pass the test or why you lose in a contest. It is not because He planned what had happen to you but we failed to the right thing – to change. With these failures, it is a start for us to change our dad attitude, our ways. Change should be evident in one of us if we want a better life. Discipline is one of the important factors to consider if we want to change for the betterment.

NEW YEAR, NEW ME

          

Some of the Filipinos will celebrate this event by making noise, lighting up the sky with fireworks, filling our stomach with food and many more. But the most important thing for me to do for now is to change. To change for the BETTER and not for the WORSE, right? We can’t deny that we have made some resolutions for this New Year. You can change your bad attitudes anytime of the year. There’s no need of making those resolutions on paper if you can do it. As I had observed, I didn’t change a lot. Maybe some of my attitudes changed but I think it change for the worse and not for the better. This year, I used to make my home works at school instead of doing it in our house. I also used not to submit my requirements on time. But as we look onto the bright side, I became more sociable. I learned how to voice out what I feel.  But my goal for this year is to spend more time on the things/ persons that are important to me – my family and studies. I want to focus my attention on them and lessen in using gadgets. This year, I’ll try to study harder so that I can be able to achieve my dreams in life and most of all I’ll try to change my improper lifestyle so that I can be able to have a desirable figure.                I am happy with who, what, and where I am now. I just hope that this year, whatever journey I may take, I’ll end up happier. New me? Well, slightly, maybe.To be honest, I'll start over again. Life has many struggles. But I have to fight and keep going. I don't want to change my inner self either. For this year, it will be tremendous and buffer. I will lessen my times in doing awful things. I'll have my own dreams to be fulfill. For this year, I want a big change in my routine. I will not skip my meal. I'll go out just when needed. I'll be more patient to people. I'll be more aggressive.

                        In our place, Ilocos, we Ilocano have different and very unique products. In every municipality in our province, they have their very own products and some of them are can be exported in the other places. And this is the reason why tourists were attracted in our places not only for the historical places that can be seen in our region.

                        This festivity is celebrated during the last week of January until the first year of February.

REFLECTION

              I have gained a lot of experiences in this Quarter. I develop my skills and there is some improvement on this Quarter. Blogging...now this activity is not so difficult for me because I work on it so many times.

                     When this quarter starts I am so very ready for the activities about Blogs. I can do my Blogs easier than before because now I have a lot of experiences.

                     I decided to improve more on my grades and to my I. C. T. subject and specially on Blogger. (Study Hard)

                     Moving on...this quarter is much exciting and i have challenged in the activities. The next quarter I think it is easier than this quarter and I will do my very best because this is the last quarter.

EQUAL RIGHTS EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES

                      In order to build a great democratic, just, fair and humane society, it is of utmost importance to arouse the broad masses of our people to join the struggle that will ensure "equal rights, equal opportunities and progress for all".
                      Genuine equality between women and men, girls and boys can only be realised in the process of a just, fair and humane transformation of our society as a whole.
                      There's need for us to unite and enable women to take their rightful place in production and political activity to improve their economic and political status.
                      There is need to educate ourselves and others to take a more correct view of women and to actively redress the injustices done to women in all our institutions - the Church, state and family.                      True empowering of women enables them to participate in decision-making processes in society. One effective strategy towards empowering women is to promote equal opportunity for women's representation in decision-making positions.
Women also have the right and duty to take part in the political and administrative work of our nation. Women possess full equality and dignity and have a significant role to play in the affairs of our country.
                      This discrimination and marginalization of women doesn't make sense even biblically because we are told: "There is not male and female; for you are all one in Jesus Christ" .
Politically, women have contributed a lot in all our struggles. Women have thrown their lot, alongside men, with our struggle for independence and democracy. And women, alongside men, have fallen in that struggle. Here is the most profound equality of all: equality in suffering and in hope.

ESSENCE OF CHRISTMAS

                            Christmas.. Is the birth of Jesus Christ that we were celebrating during the month of December. Christmas is the month of gift giving and to love our enemies. This is one of the happiest occasion that we celebrating every year. Before the exact day of Christmas we are attending the Misa de Gallo.

                            Many children is caroling from house to house because this is so enjoy. There is a party that we were celebrating before the Christmas day this party is what we called the Christmas Program, we celebrating this at home, school, and office...... Many people are giving their gift's to the children. 

                            At the night of December 24 we celebrating the Noche Buena and attending the Mass. We also have Fireworks, some games and others that we can do to celebrate this special occasion. I have many happy experience in this occasion. I and my friends are joyriding with a loud pipes. I hope that my next Christmas experience is happier than the past.

              Climate change is a significant and lasting change in the

weather patterns over periods ranging

 from decades to millions of years. It

 may be a change in average weather 

conditions, or in the distribution of 

weather around the average conditions.

                  The natural world seems to be destroyed. And it seems to be our fault. Many environmental issues are existing including endangered species, waste pollution, over population, and water pollution. 

                  We should be more aware on this issue because it destroys our surroundings. And allow people to understand different perspectives of global climate change.

"GOING GLOBAL THROUGH ENGLISH LANGUAGE "

                          English Language? We all know that the English language is our International Global language, and this is very popular in our country. We Filipinos are commonly using this language in communicating each other , but some Filipinos are hardly speaks in this language. There are a good effect of using this International language like getting a job easily like a Teacher and when you take an interview and specially A job from other countries. This language has a good influence to us as a students because it can help us in studying and become a good person but we must not forget our own language as a respect to our own country we were born and to us as a Filipino citizen.

                  Teacher.....A teacher is a person that teaches a students to become successful in their own life. Teacher is the one who guiding you in your decisions and teaching you how to become a good, kind, and specially a friendly person.. Teacher is important to us specially when we need some information.

                  Our teacher is our second parents that helps on our own problem..They guiding us in our wrong decisions, and in case of emergency they are the one who sacrifices even thou they have their work..

REFLECTION

                  On this Quarter, I gained a lot of experiences and develop more on my skills and in enhancing my mind. On this Quarter ...some exercises about blog is easier than on the First Quarter.

                  In the start of this quarter I was very exited because I think the lessons is difficult than the last grading period that I have encountered.

                  I decided to study hard so that i can improve my grades to become higher than my grade in First Grading.

                  Moving on with the other quarters that will come and I will do my best to get high grades and study hard so that I can apply all of this when I go to Collage Life..

ENVIRONMENT

              Our environment, the world in which we live and work, is a mirror of our attitudes and expectations. We people must be careful of our environment so that we can Disasters, Pollution, Typhoon, Floods, and different Calamities. We must take care of the trees because it can help to avoid calamities.

              What can you observe about our environment today compare on what we have before? Our environment before is very clean and green  and there is no landslide or disasters happened, because before they are not cutting down trees but they plant and plant trees. But now our environment is full of pollution, disasters, calamities can cause earth destruction.

              From now on we must help each other to save mother earth from destruction. Let us help the the government to clean surroundings to make our environment more cleaner and greener, Let us plant trees and recycle all things that can be recycled so that we can save mother earth from destruction.

My Modern Day Hero

                           Hero is it is not a man who have powers but the man who saves life's  They sacrificing their own life to a man who was in danger, they have no supernatural powers but they use their ability and strengthen to save a man who was in danger like our parent a soldier, fireman and others who want to sacrifice their own life to save their love ones but not only their love but the man who in danger.                           For me, my heroes are my parents, they are mt savior, they gave all i need in my daily life, they guiding me to  become a good person until I graduated and to reach all my ambitions in life, and I also called teachers is a hero because they are the one who help us to become a person successful in life.

WIKA NATIN ANG DAANG MATUWID

            When the month of august comes, We celebrate BUWAN NG WIKA and the theme is "Wika Natin Ang Daang Matuwid". We should have to improved our own Language because this is for us.

            There are many contest hapend in school like Tagisan ng Talino, Pagsulat ng Tula, Paggawa ng Poster at Slogan at Sabayang Pagbigkas, Because this a part of our loving to our own Language. We must love our own Language Because if it is not our country will not progress. Our own Language is for our country not for others. We must respect our own Language because this is very important we will make this our way to make our country progressive.

            A Language is very important in every country because this is their weapons. Every country they have their own Languages and they use it to make a conversation with each other. We must make our country progressive and be proud to our own Language

     MY REFLECTION

               On this Quarter...... I had gained a lot of experiences and developed more on my skills, and  In our I.C.T subject, I have learned a lot that helps me in enhancing my mind.
                In the start of the Quarter, I have encountered some challenges in my schooling, Specially when it comes to academic/performance because I know that is not that easy.
                In addressing the challenge that I  encountered I had try my very best to make a good performance in class for the sake of my academics.
                Moving on with the other Quarters that will come, and I'm expecting many challenges that I know it can help me when I go to college and in my future.

STATE OF THE NATION ADDRESS

                 Our president BENIGNO SIMEON COJUANCO AQUINO III 

"PNOY" delivered his SONA last JULY 22,2013. It takes less than 2 

hours for him to delivered his sona. PNOY's SONA comprises so 

many things about his projects and the corruption of our country.

                 I feel so great because PNOY feel's he was stated, and Im 

happy when PNOY thanked those people who contributes to much in 

our country. President AQUINO was successful in his SONA because 

he included the confidence he had with his successful projects and 

accomplishments. I fell so happy because PNOY said at the last part of 

his SONA that he is a proud FILIPINO.

     "GUTOM AT MALNUTRITION SAMA-SAMA NATING WAKASAN"

      The Nutrition Month theme for 2013 is “Gutom at malnutrisyon, sama-sama nating wakasan!”. This is to raise awareness on the need for more action in addressing hunger as part of the Philippine’s commitment to the United Nations Millennium Development Goal 1: Eradicate extreme poverty and hunger.     

         The Nutrition Month theme for 2013 is “Gutom at malnutrisyon, sama-sama nating wakasan!”. This is to raise awareness on the need for more action in addressing hunger as part of the Philippine’s commitment to the United Nations Millennium Development Goal 1: Eradicate extreme poverty and hunger. And the objectives of this year’s celebration are to: a) increase awareness on hunger issues and actions to mitigate hunger and malnutrition; b) encourage stakeholders to contribute in addressing hunger issues; and c) advocate for stronger political action to end hunger. 
         DepEd releases guidelines and theme for the 2013 Nutrition Month Celebration. The theme for the July 2013 Nutrition Month Celebration is: Gutom at Malnutrition, Sama-sama Nating Wakasan which was stated at the DepEd Memorandum No. 67.Every year, in the month of July, the National Nutrition Council (NNC) leads the whole nation in the celebration of 2013 Nutrition Month, purposely to disseminate nutrition message to all Filipinos through a focal theme. For this year, the theme is Gutom at Malnutrition, Sama-sama Nating Wakasan.

                   Hello Sir ! Greeting of Peace ! I hope you are in a good situation right now.

                 First of all I would like you to congratulate for being the President of the republic of the Philippines. We all know that being a president is a very hard job . And of course whatever plans you will do , we will always here for you Mr. President.

                   You are a leader of billions of people. In 2 years of being our president , thank you for not ending patience to us. You are full of support and kindness. We are hoping that our country become more better than before.

                  I am only an ordinary students who will always been hoping that our country becoming progress. I know you can't do all the problems in our country but I am expecting that you will do your very best to make them all. Don't loss your hope Mr. President. As I said we will always here for you.
